Holding space is the sacred art of offering a safe and nurturing container while allowing someone to be seen and heard in their truth. It’s an invitation for deep self-reflection, healing, and transformation.
When I hold space for a client, I am not attempting to fix them or provide solutions; instead, I provide unconditional love and support. This space allows the person to be seen and heard with empathy, understanding, and non-judgment.
As a coach and healer, holding space is essential in creating deep healing within my clients. Providing an open and loving environment can help nurture self-discovery on a personal level. I can empower them to make decisions and create meaningful change.
