Atmosphere & Experience

Breathwork sessions are held in an intimate setting with the lights low or entirely off. However, there are sessions held in a well-lit setting. We play healing music that connects you to the experience in a deeper way, creating a powerful yet nurturing environment that allows you to feel safe, empowered, and supported. The facilitator starts each session by explaining what you may experience. Depending on the entire session length, we will guide you through less than 7 or more than 8 minutes of intentional breathing. A more soothing meditative state then follows this. The overall experience takes you on a deep journey. You choose how you would like to set up your own Breathwork space. Be prepared to discuss an intention. Make sure you have an empty stomach, headphones, eye mask/eye covering (if you'd like), a journal & pen.

Set up your space so you can lie down and be comfortable. For virtual sessions, you will need to set up your computer or phone, so I can see your whole body while you breathe. I will also share powerful music as you breathe in the comfort of your own home. The experience will be a private experience in whatever space you have chosen for yourself. As your Breathwork Facilitator, I will guide you through the journey of active breath, release, and meditation until the end of the session, where you can rest and enjoy space to process post-session.
