+ How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping method (air, sea or land) and product weight / volume. Different shipping companies have different rates, so it’s best to check and compare which is most affordable and economical. + What is Buyer Protection?

Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that enables buyers to shop with confidence on our website.

You are protected when:

  • The item you ordered did not arrive within the time promised by the seller.
  • The item you received was not as described.
  • The item you received that was assured to be genuine was fake.

+ How long will it take to ship my order?

We will process your order within 2-5 business days. Once your order ships, it may take around 7 - 18 days for your order to arrive, depending on your residential address. (Potential delays due to COVID-19, however almost 90% of customers receive their items within 3-4 weeks at the latest).

+ What about shipping costs and returns?

We offer FREE shipping worldwide, with tracking number. Returns are accepted within 30 days after your order. Return costs are not covered.

+ I checked my tracking code, no information is showing?

We know you are excited to get your order, but don't worry! This just means you're checking it too quickly. We print our shipping labels, notify you and then ship it out. You are our priority.

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on eligible items. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase simply contact us within 30 days of ordering your item and we will gladly walk you through returning your order to us for a refund.
