What to Bring

Breathwork is a sacred practice. It is important to honor this experience and yourself. We recommend limiting food and water intake for two hours before your session. Wear comfortable, loose clothing. Bring anything to your session that makes you feel comfortable and safe to process deep work, a sweater, etc. We provide a list of items below:

For In-Person Sessions:

Be prepared to discuss an already set intention. Make sure you have an empty stomach; your neck cannot be kinked, as it will prevent the free flow of energy through your body.

As your Breathwork Facilitator, I will guide you through the journey of active breath, release, and meditation until the end of the session, where you can rest and enjoy space to process post-session.

Check where your session is being held, as there may be bolsters and blankets already available for you. Otherwise, we recommend you bring the following to your session:

  • A yoga or pilates mat to lay on and create your personal space
  • A comfy blanket
  • Bolster or pillow(s) to put under your knees for extra back support
  • Water
  • Journal (optional)
  • Eye Mask
  • Wear or bring layers of clothing as temperatures may fluctuate (highly recommend)
  • Box of tissues (optional)

For Online Sessions:

You choose how you would like to set up your own Breathwork space. Be prepared to discuss an intention. Make sure you have an empty stomach and can lay flat on a couch or comfortably supported on the floor. Your neck can not be kinked as it will prevent the free flow of energy through your body.

Set up your space so you can lie down and be comfortable. You will need to set up your computer or phone, so I can see your whole body while you breathe. I will also share powerful music as you breathe in the comfort of your own home. The experience will be a private experience in whatever space you have chosen for yourself. As your Breathwork Facilitator, I will guide you through the journey of active breath, release, and meditation until the end of the session, where you can rest and enjoy space to process post-session.

We recommend you bring the following to your session:
